Shipping policy

Nationwide Deliveries 

Our delivery charges are Rs. 250/- for all cities and the time is 7-10 days (excluding Sundays, national or religious holidays, or any unforeseen circumstances). For hand-embroidered abayas, please expect delivery within 15 days. If your order is delayed longer than expected, contact us via email or Instagram. 

Delivery time for custom orders is 15 days. 

• If you provide an address that’s not traceable or you’re not available to receive the parcel and it is returned, we’ll ship it again if you provide a correct address, and pay the shipping charges for dispatching it again. 

• If you fail to receive a COD order due to unavailability or incorrect address or contact, you’ll pay the shipping charges again. 

International Deliveries 

• Full payment (product price and shipping charges) has to be made in advance. 

• Additional taxes, fees, or levies may apply based on local legislation. 

Order Cancellation 

If you placed an order by mistake or want to cancel it for any reason, please inform us within 24 hours by contacting us via email or Instagram.
