    We guarantee the quality, but sometimes, if there is any issue with your order, for example, you received an incorrect size, ordered the wrong size yourself, or received a different abaya, you can ask for an exchange. 

    Email us or message us on instagram within 2 days after receiving your order. Explain your issue, and we’ll get back to you soon. 

    Terms and conditions

    • You can’t exchange used products. 

    • You can only send a request for exchange within 2 days. 

    • We don’t do cash refunds; if the abaya you ordered isn’t available in your required size or gets out of stock, you can pick another abaya or items from our store worth the amount you spent. 

    • Shipping charges will be applied for exchange.

    • Sale items can’t be returned or exchanged. 

    • Custom orders can’t be returned or exchanged.

    • We’ll dispatch the exchanged parcel once we’ve received it from you. 

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately via Email or Instagram. No shipping charges will be added for the exchange in this case. To get a claim, provide us with photos or videos of the defective parcel.
